One four Photo Challenge

2014-07-12 12.16.15 I took this photo with my mobile phone one rainy day in Melbourne.

I have no idea if I’m doing the One four challenge the right way.   The idea is to take one photo and process it over four weeks.   Maybe you are only supposed to use one digital effect a week – I don’t know.   Anyway I got carried away and changed the photo in Photoshop by cropping it then creating a new layer where I used a Rough Pastel Filter as an Overlay (60% Opacity) .  I then created another layer and applied a blue colour filter to the whole image (30% opacity).    Here’s the result .

I’m not really happy with the results yet so next week I’ll take it further.
